A proactive person with the following experience:
• Manage and maintain meeting schedules
• Minuting the meeting agenda , circulating and review of the same
• Handle appointments and review Calendar of the reporting manager
• Project based work , making presentations/ excel reports/ word documents
• Co-ordination with external parties (customers/ vendors/ candidates) as required
• Can be deployed for other department work if required
