JOB DESCRIPTION/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

(1) To assess the need of requirement in the districts and FRU for blood services and supplement in under NHM
(2) Monitoring of funds for blood services, blood disorders provided under NHM Data analysis of the reports generated by the district level blood banks and FRUs
(3) Providing support and monitoring of blood disorders patients at the medical college level
(4) Preparing the PIPs and monitoring and implementation of the programme
(5) Linkages plan, Co-ordination with state drug authority, State health department, SACS and blood banks
(6) Monitoring of blood banks and blood storage centres
(7) Any other task as assigned by the competent authority

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Qualification:

Essential
Applicants should have MD
OR
DCP
OR
MPH
OR
MBBS
OR
Master Degree in Hospital Management from a recognized university or institution.

Experience:

Essential
Applicants must have minimum four years of relevant experience of which, two years of experience in Blood Services.

Desirable
Preferrence shall be given to the candidates having experience in Govt. Sector (PSU)/Social Sector.

VACANCY DETAILS: 1 vacancy (UR: 01)

AGE LIMIT: Maximum age limit of the candidate should be 45 years as on January 4, 2017.

CONTRACT TYPE AND PERIOD:

The position is on offer on a contractual basis, initially for a period of one year, extendable thereafter, based on performance and subject to further approval by the Government of India.

COMPENSATION OFFERED:

Maximum Honoraria for the position is approx. Rs. 55,000/- PM.

LOCATION: Lucknow

RESERVATION POLICY: State reservation policy will be applicable with respect to all vacancies.
