Job Profile
-Responsible for managing a team of executives
-Managing and listing new products on E-Commerce platforms
-Assisting Operations Manager in smooth running of operations
-Coordination with the Clients, Experience in Client Management and Interaction will be preferred
-Coordinating with internal teams as per the requirements of the Manager.
-To maintain operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes
-To maintain the MIS reports on regular basis both weekly & monthly
-To maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
-Responsible for morale & motivation of the staff
-Responsible to train & create growth opportunities for Subordinates.
