Accountant Job In Ambit Business Consultants In Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana

Role Includes: All banking work, Day-to-day cash management, statutory legal records maintenance, purchases, coordinating with other teams in the procurement of the products Balancing act of Pro-management and pro-employee attitude, Preparation of budget JOB PROFILE: Finalization of accounts including balance sheet Banking work including reconciliation's, Deposits, withdrawals and all matters relating to loan & submission of monthly reports regarding activity of entire project to bankers Internal audit of accounts of other units of the company.

All financial matters that includes all payments of Rent, Electricity, Telephone and managing all bills in time Submission of GST reports in time Compiling with all the statutory obligations in time Preparation of income tax returns of director and other employees in time Coordinating with the external auditors and tax consultant and filling the tax returns Bill processing, payments, TDS, form 16 A, cash handling.

Processing of bills regarding purchase of equipment, furniture & fixtures for the company Statutory work includes income tax, PF, GST etc, Preparation of payroll, Consultants payments, TDS calculations, Form 16.

Preparation of budget for capital and revenue expenditure Preparation of monthly income & expenditure statements, stock reports and stores management Credit bill processing, sending bills to companies and follow up for payments Reconciliation of debtors and creditor statements Reconciliation of bank statements with cashbook.

Management of receivables and payments Payroll system of employees Petty cash handling and preparation of reports on cash in hand and at bank PREFERRED CANDIDATE: Female / Male Relevant work experience Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation Have strong knowledge on the prevailing laws Smart, dynamic and quick learning.
