Accounts Executive Job In Young Tech Software Private Limited In Varanasi

• Good Understanding of Accounting Concept;
• Good Knowledge of MS Office;
• Writing and communicating in English fluently
• Support Coordinator, Finance in Annual Planning & Periodical Budgeting Process;
• Ensure books of accounts are maintained in the accounting software (QuickBooks) as per standard practices;
• Reconcile cash and bank Accounts / Trial Balance on a monthly basis;
• Support Coordinator, Finance in preparing monthly financial statements;
• Support in Invoicing to the customer and managing the accounts receivable
• Support in managing the accounts payable
• Assist in financial year-end closure and preparation of Financial Statement of the organization (Income & Expenditure account and Balance Sheet);
• Timely compliance with all the legal requirements; and
• Any other tasks as assigned by the Coordinator, Finance and Accounts Unit;
• Office time is 3:00 (after-noon) to 12:00 (mid-night) (office time can be changed depending upon the requirement of work);
• Office is situated nearby IP Mall Sigra
