Job Description:
Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (eg manage calendars, book travel, schedule facilities and equipment, etc)
Coordinate duties for multiple offices.
Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define operational strategies
Mentor team members
Serve as a technical lead for, and manager of, small projects
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
1 year of experience in executive support, project management, or event planning.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience consistently and positively contributing in a high-paced, changing work environment
Experience taking initiative and building strong, productive relationships
Ability to adhere to an expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters
Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
