• Responsible for allCARconfiguration and POS TLOG mapping betweenCARand other downstream and legacy systems and data warehouses
• Hands on customizing and configuring of SAP CAR / POSDTA assisting with requirement gathering
• Support existing system design, also involve in customizing, developing, and testing of specific enhancements to meet business requirements as needed
• Clear understanding of Inbound and Outbound processes and integration with SAP PO systems
• Should have knowledge of OAA (Omnichannel Article Availability) and various modules within CAR system
• Extensive experience on data visualization for SAP CAR
• Should be hands on with collecting, cleansing, and centralizing customers and point-of-sale (POS) data in real time with SAP Customer Activity Repository (SAP CAR).
  
  
• Facilitate collaborative architecture discussions within IT, with Business and external SMEs
• Analyze and map business requirements, processes and develop necessary product modifications to satisfy needs
• Provide thought leadership and resolve complex issues in escalated projects

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of SAP implementation experience preferably with a focus on Retail Industry or other relevant experience in the areas of: Sales Audit, Retail POS Analysis, Merchandise Planning, etc
• Experience in working with SAPCAR& POS Data analysis including configuration
• Must be hands-on withcollecting, cleansing, and centralizingcustomers, and POS data in real-time TLOG mapping to POSDM
• Must have a strong overall knowledge of the SAPCARsolution, Sales and Distribution / Procurement (SD and MM)
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport persuades others, and establishes an understanding for technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in areas of Business Information, Information technology, Engineering, or other alternative education in support of requirements

• Strong understanding of SAP Retail solution portfolio and product strategy.
  
  

• Knowledge of SAP technologies, database platform and integration platform

• First project experience within SAP Hana required

• Knowledge in the following technical areas is a plus: SAP Process Orchestration, ABAP development/debugging a plus, IDOCs

• Experience with ITIL Framework and standard support activities
