Strong interpersonal, analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills Minimum 5 year experience in bathroom fitting industry Job location Mohali Annual CTC - 35 lakh 5 lakh To manage all After Sales Service KPIs (cost, first time fix, call turnaround time, productivity output and efficiency ratio per employee) to achieve maximum efficiency/excellent customer service delivery at the Customer Care Centres Pan India at all timesTo ensure excellent customer service delivery at the Customer Care Centre at all times- Handling 80 to 100 Calls per week aimed atensuring proper repair order flow to satisfy warranty requirements for Bath FittingsTo work with the store department as appropriate to ensure proper stocking of high use parts Follow up the stock of spare parts periodically to keep a balanced stock.
