In this role you will be

• Responsible for leading the Technology Delivery across Programs
• Accountable for ensuring the products & services are supported by the right architectures and solutions meet the customer needs
• Accountable for ensuring the design of the product solutions are cost effective and maintained through the agile development life cycle, managing the flow of the backlog of design activities
• Accountable to work with the Portfolio and Platform Architects, Technical Lead & Engineers to define the detailed solution design
• Convert requirements into actionable product/service requirements that feed Technology solutions development & influence service direction
• Responsible for ensuring solutions are aligned with the platform architecture and roadmap, group standards and policies and the overall enterprise architecture for their function
• Assessing the systems architecture currently in place and working with technical staff to recommend solutions to improve it
• Continually researching current and emerging technologies and proposing changes where needed.
  
  

Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 9 + Years of Experience inProgram Management, Innovation, Communication, Stakeholder management, Risk management, Cost management, IT delivery management, Service Management
• Demonstrates effective financial skills to develop and manage a detailed business case, including investments, detailed benefits and link to overall cost benefits/ROI
• Provides timely reports on programme status, risks and issues, evaluating programme performance based on management information
• Ability to define and lead initiatives with focus on outcome delivery and evidence-measurement (KPIs/OKRs)
• Work with VS/SVS DevOps champions to improve the E2E maturity of Engineering Pipeline
• Work with Central/ Global team to identify opportunities and drive engineering efficiency with the adoption of tooling and automations
• Comfortable to work with senior stakeholders, peer groups and other support functions, proven by track record
• Exposure to thought leadership around change frameworks, design thinking approach, innovation will be seen as key differentiators
