1. Lead the contract manpower management team to ensure smooth operations and statutory compliance
2. Monitor Internal & External labour relations trends and submit relevant reports to management
3. Compliance Management- Labour Laws, monitor all legal compliances, government audit
4. Liasioning with government departments for all IR matters
5. Proactive approach for grievance redressal.
   
   
6. Responsible for the harmonious industrial relationship in the organization
7. Responsible for defining & implementing systems and processes of IR management including technology intervention for this
8. Ensure effective HR business partnering role
9. Ensure smooth functioning of day to day HR systems
10. Ensure ongoing employee connect initiatives to derive higher employee satisfaction index
11. Process Improvement Initiatives

• Strong Written/Verbal Communication Skills, Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of local language (Marathi)
• Negotiating skills, knowledge of labour laws
• knowledge of MS Office and digital platforms
