Responsibilities & Key DeliverablesProcess ETA Requirements PROFILE SUMMARY 1)A dynamic and result oriented professional with frugal mindset having 3+ years of hands on l experience in Project Management, 2)Executing Automation Projects, Setting-up assembly Lines for Engine, Transmission 3)Axle and manufacturing, Industrial Engineering & logistics facilities with leading organization 4) Managed New Process development from Involvement in conception to implementation including budgeting, scheduling, training, and use of ergonomic concepts in Engine Transmission and Axle area 5)Analytical, logical & detail-oriented mind, with a strong knowledge-base & superb communication, man-management, interpersonal & leadership traits coupled with proven abilities to analyse, multi-task & adapt, handling tasks under high-pressure environment.

6) Responsible for projects and development under Industry 40 and Internet on Things (IOT) PROFFESIONAL EXPERIENCE in the field of Engine, Transmission, Axle Development In depth analysis of manufacturing feasibility of the design and propose the solutions for achieving the same Project Management, Facility & Process Planning and standardisation for implementation of FTG , Preparing The PFC, PFMEA , Control Plan , Layout Planning, Budget Estimation, Time Study, Method Study, Utility & Manpower Requirement Estimation and planning.

Equipment/Assembly Tooling Designing & Commissioning Process/product Prove-out for new vehicle Launch with Quality Standards & Gateways Clearance Implementation all changes of the production system related to the product modifications and managing Production Part Approval Process ( MPPAP) Cycle Time Study: Time study by Video recording or stop watch Calculate cycle time to achieve production requirement using MOST, Line Balancing Technique New Tools, Fixtures, Gauges (FTG) Design using CATIA, System full proofing (Poka- Yoke, Kaizen), Low Cost Automation Projects.
