Person Specification

As a Relationship Support Manager your main skills and qualifications will include:

• Experience building relationships

• Experience in client service & communication

• Strong Communication skills

• Team player with natural ability to collaborate across borders

• Knowledge of products and services offered by the Corporate Bank

• Knowledge of products and services offered by other areas of the Barclays Group and frequently used by corporate customers

• Planning and organisational skills

• Fluent in English

Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
Educated to Degree level at least Bachelor’s

Appropriate regulatory qualifications
Fluent in English and Hindi
Desirable skills/Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Entrepreneurial spirit but also with a collegiate approach
Embraces challenge and an evolving/changing environment
Rapidly assimilates new information and applies this knowledge as appropriate
