ResponsibilitiesMain Purpose of the RoleIT-OTC- SAP OTC - FSCM Specialist- PGT EAA (Europe, AMESA & APAC)PGT Program across Europe, AMESA, APAC sectors is 4+-Year, Multi-Workstream, Multi-Vendor Program with a total spend $600 Million based on amount approved by Board of Directors and latest ESP forecast made in 2021 This is a major transformation project to implement harmonized and simplified business processes enabled by an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system utilizing SAP S/4 HANA business suite The project will replace legacy solutions across these markets and will implement the PGT solution for Record to Report (RTR), Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Order to Cash (OTC), Purchase to Pay (PTP), Make to Deploy (MTD), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Forecast to Schedule (FTS), and Trade Promotional Management (TPM)Objectives of the role:- This role will be directly responsible for Solution design and development of Financial Supply Chain Management around account recievables processes leveraging SAP S4 FSCM solution with PGT Template for Europe, AMESA & APAC Sector SAP deployments through PGT Program - This role ensures Global Template solution supports the SAP S/4 Order to Cash (OTC) process for PepsiCo's Sales Units and solves for any design gap within the template governance and delivers deployments successfully- This role collaborates in standardization of the business processes and ensuring that the configured system confirms to the Global Template approach while meeting the needs of the business.

- This role will adopt and adhere to PepsiCo Agile Methodology (PAM) principles for the Global Template project - This role will also be accountable for the integration other key functions in other value streams, such as OTC,TPM,TM & RTR and local cash applications and other go to market applications relevant to local marketAccountabilities Drive end to end delivery of the in-scope PGT projects in the sector for FSCM for couple of markets at a time- Accountable to partner with the Business leads and Global Solution Design leads to deploy the end to end solution for the markets in sector.

POC for Decision-making for OTC- FSCM, localization of functionality in the Global Template during deployment - Accountable Collaborate with the Order to Cash Global Process Leads to implement and deploy the Global Template - Consult/Execute Partner with OTC Leaders in Recievable Management space to propose, review and validate solutions required for deployment - Accountable Support Partner FSCM Deployment team on solution simplification - Accountable Work with extended partner team in reviewing all Configuration Requests and Change requests within sprint.

Partner with the TPM , TM and RTR team on the Pricing/ Sales Volume/ Rebate Management to implement and deploy the end-to-end solution - Consult / Execute Actively engage and educate business process owners on solution optimization, simplification and standardization capabilities - Consult / Execute Ensure global lift and shift opportunities are deployed across the sectors - Consult / Execute Collaborate with all scrum teams to implement and deploy the end-to-end Global ERP solution leveraging agile methodology - Consult / Execute.

Work closely and collaborate with scrum team members to ensure a prioritized and sufficient product backlog for the teams to work against - Consult / Execute Participate in key Sprint planning, retrospectives and other key ceremonies - identify, monitor and implement key agreed-upon improvements - Consult / Executeo Adopt and adhere to PAM principles and valueso Adopt development practices which focus on quality and value, while increasing efficiency, and minimizing wasteo Foster an environment where communication, teamwork, and innovation are encouragedo Help to implement Agile engineering best practices such as continuous integration, automation of testing and delivery, and continuous peer review within teams Owns vendor partnerships with service provider vendors - Accountable to ensure vendors are meeting their project commitments in compliance with Master Service agreements and SOW's .

Ensures adherence to the internal IT operating model, including technology standards, project life cycle methodology, release management, change management, and other related processes and procedures, SLAs and controls compliance - Accountable to ensure proper governance is followed for all OTC areas Support the hiring, onboarding, performance management and career and talent development for PepsiCo associates assigned to the data streams across projects - Support to ensure performance management activities are in place Support project status / communication for all related work in the project - Support to ensure project status reporting is done weekly and senior exec level communications are timely and accurateYears of Experience Minimum Bachelor's degree is required.

Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred 8-10 years of experience configuring, deploying and managing SAP ERP with a focus on SAP FSCM and Accounts Receivables, Order & Contract Management and Pricing & Rebates ProcessQualificationsMandatory Technical Skills Hand-on experience around master data objects required to support the Order to Cash processes (business partner, customer hierarchy, etc.

) Minimum One E2E SAP S/4 Hana FSCM implementation experience required, with hands-on consulting experience around integration with Order to Cash (OTC) processes and Record to report (RTR) In depth knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Cash applications, bank statement reconciliation, dispute management, credit management and collections management Expert level subject matter knowledge, from both an SAP prospective as well as a business POV.

Good knowledge about SD Business Processes: Contracts, Sales Order, Delivery Processing, Shipment processing, Billing, Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Sales Returns (ARM), Free of charge delivery, STO, Intercompany Sales, Drop Shipments, rebates processing and free goods determination, EDI /ALE Interface design experience is a must Familiar with best practices and nuances related to Accounts Receivable Knowledge of key A/R solutions deployed within CPG industries.

Deep expertise in SAP SD with multiple roll-out experience is required Proven experience in the governance of a global ERP template Deep understanding of project test phases and testing automation tools Fully aware of the SAP security design implications through global roles.

Familiar to the GRC best practices in large corporations as PepsiCo Dispatches standard SAP quality issues with OSS (Online SAP Services) and follows up the required break fixesMandatory Non- Technical Skills Demonstrated Leadership skills, including planning, organization, prioritization, collaboration Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization Ability to work flexible hours based on varying business requirements.
