Job Summary Area Manager - Fixed Deposits Job Purpose ---------- Job Duties & Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities - - Manage a team of Sales Managers - Generate Deposit Mobilization & Insurance distribution through D2C channel - Ensure productivity of SMs through Deposit mobilization & cross sell of Life insurance - Local knowledge of the market, competition and industry - Responsible to execute a D2C Retail FD & Insurance model - Will managing two or more cities / regions - Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales and profitability with focus on improving productivity - Will consolidate the sales strategy of the company with an in-depth understanding of the market dynamics - Business Development: Drive the sales and business development efforts of Fixed Deposits & Insurance business volumes.

- Competitive Assessment: The individual should exhibits in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics - The individual will provide necessary update and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective - Team Management: The incumbent will measure productivity and efficiency level of sales team closely and initiate corrective action to increase revenue per employee - Business Review & Reporting: The individual will conduct regular reviews with team to ensure sales strategies are well executed Responsible for managing the Volumes of Retail FD & Insurance business.

Required Qualifications and Experience Graduate/Post graduate A minimum of 4-6 years experience in Sales High energy levels, self-motivated and a Go getter Past experience in BFSI preferred
