Job Summary Area Manager - Lifestyle Finance/Senior Area Manager - Lifestyle Finance Job Purpose 'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities Duties and Responsibilities - 1 Responsible for business development & managing key accounts of lifestyle finance partners 2.

Engage with key stake holders both internal & external to build & develop business with LSF partners 3 Responsible for on-boarding LSF new partners & existing partners & maintaining profitable business from them 4 Have to engage with regional & national key accounts & build relationship with them & growth from his relationshipsRequired Qualifications and Experience 1 Post Graduate in Management from a good institute 2.

4-7 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role 3 Capable of interacting with Teams and field members 4 Profile require exhaustive travel, candidate should be ready to travel as per job requirement 5 Should be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements 6 Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills 7.

Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills 8 High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
