Assessment Talent Coordinator Senior Executive Job In Vodafone Intelligent Solutions In Bengaluru / Bangalore, India

Job DescriptionThe role will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Assessment, Talent & Succession Area of Expertise (AoE) for the Vodafone Learning Organisation You and your colleagues will be responsible for providing high quality service to ensure assessment and talent management activities specified are delivered on time, and ensuring a seamless candidate/participant experience The role holder will work with HR colleagues across a wide variety of Vodafone markets You will have day to day management of your own workload under our flexible working policyKey Responsibilities

• Facilitating administrative processes around assessments for all band levels: setting up candidates for assessments within agreed SLAs, monitoring completion and reporting results
• Coordinating talent management activities for Senior Leadership roles (SLT) including scheduling onboarding, exit interviews and 360s
• Proactively take steps to improve assessment & talent administrative processes based on feedback and experience
• Coordinating scheduling of learning activities for Vodafone markets based on activity calendar
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve any technical issues participants experience with assessment platforms
• Provide guidance on how to use relevant assessment platforms when requested by stakeholders

Knowledge

• Good knowledge of assessment and talent processes to provide high quality administrative support
• Good understanding of how your team collaborates and works with others in accomplishing the objectives of your department
• Clear understanding of SLAs and targets to be achieved individually and as a team
• Ability to exchange ideas and information in a concise, logical and effective way, with sensitivity to the different needs of your audience.
  
  Tact and diplomacy when dealing with others and handling sensitive issues is required
