Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager Legal Counsel C/lsr In Job In Robert Bosch In India

• To act as a legal support to management, business units and functions for BGSW - IT business
• To support Legal Risk Management and compliance with laws and regulations for BGSW - IT business
• To work closely with other departments and teams within the company to ensure that legal and compliance considerations are considered in all business decisions
• To draft, review and negotiate various types of IT contracts - SaaS, PaaS, T&M contracts etc
• To manage legal disputes, analyse case files, liaise with external counsel, maintain case files, and generally carry out litigation strategy

1. Drafting and reviewing various corporate agreements and other legal documents in collaboration with relevant business managers.
   
   
2. Anticipating and identifying legal issues of concern to the organization and proactively developing practical solutions
3. Keeping track of developments in applicable laws and sharing impact with business teams
4. Research into new laws, regulations and developing legal jurisprudence which may affect the business and advise on risks and mitigation strategies
5. Conducting training sessions for business stakeholders
6. Participating in global initiatives run by Central Legal function.
   
   
7. Ensuring adherence to all applicable statutory compliances
8. Initiating cross functional efforts to drive organizational alignment
9. Assist in litigation, pre-dispute strategy, fact investigation, interact with external counsel
10. Perform legal work in-house wherever possible

• Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience preferably a mix of law firm & inhouse counsel with experience in corporate IT/ITeS industry
• Experience of working with a MNC is preferred.
  
  
• Exposure to commercial IT contracts
• Must have graduated from Top tier law college
