Assistant Manager Health Protection Job In Max Financial Services In India, Gurgaon / Gurugram

1. Play a key role in assessment and management of financial metrics of protection and health related initiatives
2. Collaboration with reinsurance administration team for reinsurance treaty administration, regulatory reporting and compliance

1. Assist in regular monitoring of business written under self-retention framework for protection and health business
2. Assist in financial assessment of campaigns pertaining to protection and health business
3. Assist the protection leadership to frame and present a 360-degree view of the health of protection business spanning underwriting production efficiency, underwriting quality, underwriting audits, latest mortality trends, claims quality, reinsurer relationship developments, latest underwriting transformations/ AI innovations

1. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders for timely execution of reinsurance treaties.
   
   Regular liaison with the all reinsurers to close the cross functional agendas
2. Put in place reinsurance arrangements for new products and re-tendered products with thorough negotiation Aid products team in closing all reinsurance related matters at the time of product filing or making changes/modifications to existing products
3. Adherence to regulatory requirements at all times including submission of regulatory requirements

• Must - About 2 years of work experience in actuarial domain.
  
  
• 2 to 3 actuarial papers

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Sound problem solving skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
