• • Service Managers to be available for Carrier Customers support 247 for Customers escalations and as in required basis
  • NPS and CSAT improvement drive
  • TTL Business team requirements of Services Performance reports /Slides to be shared as in required basis
  • Sending monthly SA parameter to customer ie.
    
    Ticket dump, CMI,MTTR and Repeat
  • SA Review on call or F2F for core accounts
  • Monthly reconciliation of inventory
  • Increasing & targeting penetration of i-Manage, API and eNext
  • Special projects to improve the customer experience
  • Relationship Building with customers & Business Relationship Managers
  • Knowledge of Customer services processes,Product knowledge, Technology understanding of TTL network and architecture understanding
  • Presenting Carrier service performance in monthly / quarterly review meetings
  • Churn Management
  • Site migration due to cost migration, demolition, and shutdown
  • Downtime validation and dispute resolution

Broad outline of the RoleAct as Customer voice in the organization and viceversa and be the customer champion for all service expectations and contractual obligations by orchestrating Tata Tele Businesss end customers to exceed customers expectations throughout the customer lifecycle Increase in wallet share of customer in terms, Increasing NPS in the respective accounts Adoption usage of Renewals and Churn Management Own the overall Operational and Delivery relationship with the Customer and contribute to the Service life cycle of the contract managing stakeholders expectations Collaborate with the contract manager where one is present and contribute to profitability agenda and ensuring that contractual commitments are met Become a Trusted Advisor to the customer Provide technical support to customers or training on products to help customers plan and understand best ways to utilize companys products basis needs and business plansEnsure successful transition of the engagement team to the delivery team with the overall objective of business growth
