• Handle Escalations, queries from other departments/Customers and respond in stipulated time
• Analyze queries, escalations & explore measures to reduce it
• Publish report on outcome (Daily Basis) to all stake holders
• Stake holder Management and close liasioning with Sales/CS/Branch/Internal team

MIS

• To ensure that all MIS/reports which deliverables of the respective POS UNIT are are done on regular basis

Process Improvement Initiatives

• To review processes, identify gaps and ensure that system enhancement requirement is appropriately raised post analysis of impact

Training

• Identify training needs of team members and ensure they get trained in case of a new system enhancement
• Prepare and draft SOPs, process Manuals, flow charts and PPTs for ready reference and usage by team members.
