Assistant Manager Pump Design In Research And Development Job In Jas Corporate Management Services In Bengaluru / Bangalore

• Prior Hydraulic industry/pump design experience
• Gear or axial pump piston experience.
  
  
• Candidate must excel at communication both in verbal & written formats, with the ability to adapt communication for a wide range of audience including internal and external customers
• Ability to think outside the box and work on your as part of the team

• Responsible for completing design tasks for multiple pump programs, including driving and development, activities on schedule and within budget, while ensuring all technical and regulatory requirements are met
• Design support across all the phases of the design cycle, concept & optimization, preliminary through detailed design, development, validation, certification, manufacturing and operational services
• Design new products and processes and improve and maintain existing products to help create better products and processes and ensure that the current and future needs of the business are met.
  
  
• Design & Implement common procedures and standards work across the organization to optimize efficiency and quality
• Experience supporting products root cause investigation is preferred as a design engineering plays a key role in solving any products issues in development process
• This also includes evaluating empirical data to validate design tools and reconcile pump design/analysis results with the test data
• Managing a team of 4-5 mechanical designers ensuring load capacity balance is maintained and team is working effectively
• Feasibility study of input condition & customer's output requirements
• Review of 3D CAD model and 2D Drawings with application of GD&T.
