ResponsibilitiesOverall supply chain reporting (20-30% time) Prepare reports for supply chain overall Send internal communications with reports (OOS, ATP reports, Promo-Standard Transition, orders centralization, OTIF, COE ,Daily SL etc) Document and report additional, daily shipping costs .
Collect relevant input data and prepare reports Reporting, general business queries Produce KPI reports/updates Calculate and monitor KPIs against targets/budget Prepare ad-hoc and/or periodic reports for senior management or other stakeholders .
Answer general business queries in the context of reporting Consolidate, audit and sense check service performance reports for leadership needs Assign preliminary reason codes and prepare report Prepare and communicate aggregated report on final reason code analysis Prepare power steering master data feedsPerformance management (20-30% time) Benchmark, manage, and track performance (e.
g KPIs and targets), analyze reports, and create necessary analysis Support continuous improvement (system optimization, process improvement etc) of month-end closing reports preparation Perform risk analysis and assessments .
Maintain data base of reliability studies and applications Collect data and compile visuals to drive cross BU advisory capability Generate visualisations for market specific performance assessmentsFunction specific reporting (40-50% time) Communicate current service results and product availability at regular board meetings and to the entire organization Prepare analyses and summaries for meetings with logistics and customer sales departments (using the methodology and in customer units) .
Coordinate the preparation of annual target at IF and OTIF in consultations with BU and monitor its implementation Support continuous improvement (system optimization, process improvement etc) of month-end closing reports preparation Collect input from 3rd party and maintain records/store data Calculate and monitor KPIs against targets/budget .
Maintain records of significant events and establish control of correspondence, data and reports Track 3rd party/contractor performance through KPI reports against service levels Establish improvement actions based on tracked performance against service levels where necessary Assign preliminary reason codes and prepare report Prepare and communicate aggregated report on final reason code analysis Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Analytical skills demonstrated by a suitable bachelors degree (ie Science/Technological/Engineering/Math)
- Demonstrated ability to interact with data, MRP systems (SAP preferred), Data management systems, Power Apps and BI, or other dashboards and systems working within operational environment producing standard and ad hoc reports and able to flagging key problem areas such that stakeholders can remedy issues (usually min 1 yrs exp.
) - Working Knowledge of Power Apps/BI or similar reporting dashboard software preferable
