DESCRIPTIONThe ASM for the OHL Marketing team will have high ownership, bias for action, would be willing to learn and be curious and, invent and simplify on a daily basis He/She will support the team on two critical charters new customer acquisition for OHL, social media and also support the team on event execution subject to bandwidth(owning stores for topical events or HVE )Key job responsibilitiesNew customer:1 Own the new customer(NC) program charter and goals along with NC marketing program owner2 Do atleast one incremental activations every month to drive NC3.

Do weekly Audits on page experience of NC on gateway and PL/GL landing pages 4 Maintain details of expenses incurred on NC activations 5 Share weekly updates in marketing WBR on NC trends 6 Provide monthly program updates on NC activationsSocial Media:1 Plan social media posts on AmazonHomeIndia FB and IG handles for week/month as per the planned marketing activations2.
