• Should have knowledge of Business required Documents and Functional specification document preparation
• Should have experience in testing the various loan related modules
• Coordination with various department / Users like Product teams, Operations, IT, Vendors etc to execute projects as per requirement
• Detailed Testing for Projects / Issues as per the system requirement.
  
  
• Work with Internal customers to resolve their issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention
• Thorough analysis for system issues faced and provide effective solutions
• Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems
• Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and follow up with concern team for resolution
• Well versed with Office Automation tools like MS Excel, MS Access etc with vlook up, H look up, pivot table, analysis.
  
  
• Should be an effective Team Player
• Should have good analytical skills and an eye for detail
