QUALIFIED & DYNAMIC MARKETING / BRAND COMMUNICATION PROFESSIONAL required for established Speciality Chemicals co Position: Asst Manager / Manager - Marketing Location: Tardeo Reporting to: Marketing Head/ Director Salary: Rs 6 to 8 lakhs pa (as per qualifications, experience and relevance of profile) Could be negotiated higher to some extent for candidates with higher experience or relevant experience from similar sectorsExperience: 5 to 12 Years This is a new position created to build, establish, strengthen the co's market identity and product & brand equity Suitable and interested candidates must respond immediately with following details for further process.

Brief co profile:

• Rs 200 cr established and growing manufacturer / exporter of speciality chems (ingredients & additives)
• Strong exports / overseas presence
• Products find applications in pharma, food, personal care, etc
• It has modern plant in South India
• 6 days week/ good work environment

Candidate profile

• PG in Marketing from any reputed institute
• Min 5 years post-qualification experience and proven expertise in brand building and marketing communication.
  
  
• While exposure to industrial marketing would provide an edge, this is however not essential for candidates with excellent flair and interest in creating product and company's market identity
• Ideal age profile: 27 to 35 years
• Preference to candidates staying in western line / central Mumbai but not a constraint for candidates willing to travel

KRA Execution of the brand and communications strategy to ensure maximum brand visibility and capture optimum market shares within and outside the countryBrief responsibilities:

• Create and manage good vendor base and external agencies including Advertising, Media Buying, Outdoors, event vendors for timely product rollout and deliveries
• Prepare marketing plan, Budgeting and cost control,
• Monitor competitors marketing activities
• Create cost effective Vendor Base for different marketing activities
• Planning and launch of scheme, product & loyalty program along with the corporate team.
  
  
• Arranging and managing exhibitions and company events at domestic as well as international levels
• Dealer branding initiatives
• Developing marketing collaterals like BTL promotional materials etc
• Manage all social media activity whilst supporting departmental initiatives
