Asst Mgr/dy Mgr Commodity Buying Embedded Software Job In Zf Friedrich In India, Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana

• Manage assigned supply base and develop cost-saving methods and opportunities to promote overall business unit productivity and supplier competitiveness
• Develop and maintain Part Family Strategy (PFS) based on global targets and requirements
• Define and negotiate purchasing contracts, production, Development and Warranty Agreements
• Analyze supply base to prepare and recommend suppliers to be added/removed from the approved supplier list as well as nominate suppliers for the Strategic Supplier List by collaborating with Engineering and Software Teams
• Carry out negotiations as lead contact for defined suppliers.
  
  
• Track costs and status of negotiations while maintaining agreements with suppliers

• At least a bachelor's degree in BSc/BCA/BE with any specialization
• Minimum 5+ Years of experience in Commodity Purchasing/Buying, preferrably in Embedded Software's related to Automotive domain
• Must have experience in handling global suppliers and carry out negotiations.
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applicants (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
