Job description Job Title: Audit Manager - Outsourcing Role level: GCB 5 Location: Singapore / India (Hyderabad) Business area: Internal Audit Why join us:Global Internal Audit provides independent, objective assurance to management and the risk and audit committees as to whether the framework of risk management, control, and governance processes, as designed and represented by management, is adequate and functioning We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Audit Manager, Singapore country audit team This role primarily focuses on auditing third party outsourcing risks from a Group perspective and local regulations This role will get to work on more complex audits (covering onshore and offshore entities) such as cross-functional and multi-location and engage with both Group and Country Stakeholders What you will do:Principal Responsibilities

• To act as a Team Member on assigned audit work involving Third Party Risk related to Singapore outsourcing and support the Team Leader by executing audit planning, fieldwork and reporting for work assigned in an efficient and effective manner such that audit work meets the given budget, quality standards and timelines.
  
  
• Support the Team leader/ Singapore Head of Audit (HOA) to ensure that the scoping of audit work assigned addresses the key risks identified in the detailed risk assessment and in the audit planning process and meets relevant regulatory requirements and expectations that are required to be covered by GIA
• Ensure timely escalation of delays in execution of audit work to Team Leader and HOA
• Apply an in-depth understanding of, and compliance with, GIA methodology standards and the GIA system in all areas of assigned GIA activity
• Evaluate quantitative and qualitative data (using data analytics) to diagnose underlying issues, patterns and root causes
• Support team leader to Monitor/track assigned audit issues and action plans, and report overdue items.
  
  

Requirements What you will need to succeed in the role:Requirements

• An experienced career auditor with a 6+ years audit experience preferably with relevant experience in Third Party risks covering Outsourcing, Procurement or Third Party Risk Management with a Bank of global scale or Big-4 Accounting firm
• Experienced in performing vendor onsite reviews across various types of vendor services or experiences in working with technology vendors such as cloud vendors will be an advantage
• Understanding of Third Party or Outsourcing risks across business strategy, plans, products, performance and related issues
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to influence business management, other stakeholders and peers
• Data analytics skills and experience will be preferred.
  
  
• Track record of performing work independently with minimal supervision and meeting stretch timelines comfortable and resourceful to deal with ambiguity and solve problems
• Ability to collect and objectively analyse and apply information, 'thinking out of the box' where necessary, in supporting the planning, fieldwork or reporting of results of internal audit engagements
• Responds enthusiastically to tasks allocated, accepts responsibility readily and demonstrates business professionalism
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) / Certified Information Systems Auditor(CISA)is preferred
