Automotive Functional Safety Manager Job In Tekpillar In Bengaluru / Bangalore, Pune

JOB DESCRIPTIONTechnically Strong C with OS & Multi-Processor concepts Embedded software development in C and C++ with Good debugging skills Hands on Leading experience of driver development on any OS/RTOS or Middleware development Should be able to ramp up fast and must have the attitude to work with the team Work on challenging customer requirements and issues Basic understanding of hardware blocks and Middleware Experience with System performance profiling and optimization Automotive SW development experience is preferred Experience in ISO26262/functional safety is MUST Knowledge of Software/Hardware Security concepts is desirable Job Responsibilities: Responsible for functional and technical safety analysis and design Analysing safety goals, derive functional safety requirements, and following other functional safety process steps Understand various automotive OEM programs and guide the team for the implementation of functional safety requirements.

Write and review product safety requirements and characteristics Propose solutions for System/product based on ISO 26262 standard Develop safety concepts Lead, support, and maintain the system and design FMEA methodologies Ensure requirements traceability, completeness, coverage, and plan improvements.

Assist customers with functional safety and interface specifications Experience with efficient and structured FMEA, and FTA processes Able to prepare guidelines and standards on functional safety aspects Analyze customer and internal requirements and specifications and translates these into the system design Participates in internal and customer-driven design reviews throughout the program supported by local SMEs.

Possesses right problem-solving skills Identifies product requirements or performance issues Work with external teams as necessary to resolve issues in a timely manner

In This Role, The Candidate Will Work With Teams To Understand, Define And Implement And Productize Automotive Specific Features Including Software Enablement (drivers/bsp/platform Software/middleware), Security, Functional Safety.
