Job Details
Role Responsibilities Risk & Compliance Change PMOThe PMO will provide support to Risk & CFCC Change PMO Refinement Forum Leads, Product Owners and CPO through the following key responsibilities: The Role ResponsibilitiesQPR/MPR Support
  • Owns the preparation and finalisation of the QPR/MPR deck prior to 48 hours of the meeting - this requires consolidated view of approval and noting requirements from all Refinement Forums
  • Supporting ERR (Elevated Residual Risk) and GIA (Group Internal Audit) open items, liaising with various Risk Owners, Operational Risk Officers and Product Owners to update status on remediations
  • Supports the PMO lead in various Portfolio level reporting and co-ordinating with ECM requirements
Additionally have thorough understanding and guidance to the Refinement deliverables as below: Refinement Forum
  • Owns and supports in slides - Financials, CRA (Go-live), RAID and Capacity (Squads) and shares timely for consolidation in the RF deck
  • Participates in the RF call and transpose outcomes to source information where required
Initiatives, Epics & Milestone Management
  • Raise new Initiative requests in share-point
  • Manage Cost Centre requirements
  • Help bulk update of Epics into Jira
  • Ensures Customer Go-live/User milestones are updated in Clarity Ensure documentation requirements met at releases/go-lives and saved in share-point, PDR
  • Ensures ORTF control requirements are met and escalated timely for gaps
  • Working with RF Leads to ensure milestones fully populated in Clarity
  • Follow-up on CRA go live milestones, Attestation requirements by PO, etc
Risk & Controls
  • Ensure Risk and Issues are updated timely in Clarity and follow-up for upcoming and overdue RAID
  • Identification of Dependencies and tracking through Jira
  • RAID updates to RF/MPR/QPR
  • Ensure Data Quality for Risk Management is of high standards
Data Quality
  • Proactively closing data quality gaps for the Initiatives and Epics in Clarity and Jira
  • Follow up on Initiative closures, ensures all relevant documentation is available & all milestones are closed, etc
Management Reporting
  • Ensure RAID reporting, Financial Reporting, CRA (Go-live reporting), Squad and Resource reporting are provided timely and accurately
  • Ensure source systems are updated timely to enable automated reporting
  • Provides accurate cost and resource information to Hive Leads, Central PMO, Refinement Forum/QPR/MPR
Financials Management
  • Maintains budget plans and ensures all budgets are correctly set in Clarity
  • Assists in updates on monthly costs plans, re-forecasting activities & variance analysis and reporting
  • Collaborates with Technology team for inputs
  • Facilitate Capitalization of Project costs
Resource Management
  • Maintains overall team resource plan, Squad updates and ensures all business resources are captured in relevant systems
  • Maintain Hive hiring plan, ensures hires are realistic to aid in forecast accuracy
  • Produces monthly timesheet reporting and highlights key variances to RF Leads
  • Maintain and communicates timesheet reminder to Project teams
Vendor Management
  • Supports in onboarding Vendors (to discuss)
  • Raises and tracks purchase orders in the e-Procurement system
  • Maintain Invoice and Accrual tracker to ensure booking of accruals in timely manner
  • Maintains standardized Invoice and Accrual tracker and other relevant financial files
  • Collates and coordinates accruals and recharges from Project Managers and validates successful booking
  • Ensure payments are tracked to completion (requires external email access)
