Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager Introduction:The role shall own end-to-end one more than one of the below Services or from the Service Catalogue of the VCoE at any point in time The role shall also own the team management aspects for the teams involved in delivering the assigned Services 1- PRPO - Purchase Request Purchase Order process for non SOM Suppliers in Coupa and Work Order process SOM suppliers in SAP Field Glass 2- DCP, Challenge & Interventions - Demand Challenge Process, Ad Hoc Challenge & Interventions across Categories, MGCs and Vendors This shall also cover newly introduced Early Interventions like 1) Tactical Sourcing Interventions (min 3 months before contract) and 2) Managed Cost Programs (min 6 months before contract) 3- Invoicing, Accruals, Allocations, Chargeback Support - The Services and allied activities supporting invoicing, accruals, allocations, chargeback support need to be sunset and discontinued by enabling the stakeholders with self-serve.

4- Key RFX Support - Supporting major sourcing activities and events (RFPRFI) like Project Juniper 5- Model Engagement RFP Support - Conversion of T&M Staff Augmentation to Outcome Based Model Engagements and the entailed sourcing/contracting support to CIOs and Group Sourcing 6- Vendor Cost Benchmarking - Internal and External benchmarking across Categories & MGCs 7- Rolling Wave Cost Forecasting for Vendors - Continual tracking of risks/opportunities through variance analysis on Financial commitments made through WO/PO route 8- SLA/SLC Administration - Sourcing, Compiling & Tracking operational metrics that have a bearing on SLA/SLC/SLD, contracted penalties and rewards 9- Key Contract Management Support - Management of key commercial terms for contracts that have a bearing on variable payouts, rebates, discounts, indexation gain/loss and similar materially important terms and conditions in key contracts.

What will you be doing The selected candidate shall independently own more than one of the services listed above for a select group of Suppliers and MGCs Additionally, he/she shall support the Service Owners and the Service Cluster Owners (AVP/VP) of the other services/service clusters in specific assigned activities and shall be responsible to the extent assigned .

He/she shall device the necessary operational KPIs to manage and control the key deliverables within his/her Services and Service Cluster and ensure that the Performance of his/her team on those Services is also tracked objectively through the devised KPIs He/she shall independently manage all stakeholder interactions with internal and external stakeholders, MI creation and reporting and continuous improvement in the assigned activities/services He/she shall be responsible for keeping the PRPO and other applications/platforms updated, identification and fixing of defects within those and identification of enhancements, automation and STP opportunities.

He she/shall raise such changes with the relevant Technology teams along with the correct functional specifications and UAT them into production He/she shall additionally be responsible to identifying Control Gaps and Weaknesses and proactively designing/implementing fit-for-purpose Controls and shall own any related ORACs to closure by taking the necessary mitigation/removal actions He/she shall liaise and work with the Service Owners and Service Cluster Owners within the CoE to ensure that higher rates of STP are achieved and reported over the coming months and quartersWhat we're looking for:.

Practitioner's understanding and demonstrated working experience in minimum 2 of the below Categories/MGCs as relates to Supplier Management, Contract Management, Sourcing Management and Deal Management 1- Technology Services - Change (Application Development, Application Maintenance/Enhancements, Application Testing) 2- Technology Services - Run (Application Support - Level 1 & Level 2 App Support, IT Infrastructure Support including Servers, End User Computing, Networks, Storage, Databases Support) 3- Software Assets - Licenses (All s/w licensing models) 4- Software Assets - Hardware 5- Market Data 6- Professional Services (Accounting, Audit, FP&A, Controllership, Procurement etc) 7- Facilities Management Services Practitioner's understanding and demonstrated working experience in minimum 2 of the below Contract/Engagement Types as relates to Supplier Management, Contract Management, Sourcing Management and Deal Management o Staff Augmentation in Time & Material (T&M) pricing o Staff Augmentation in Non T&M pricing o Application Development & SI Contracts in Agreed Outcomes and Fixed Price o Enterprise License Agreements o SAS Agreements o Agreements for Cloud Hosted Services in one of the known Clouds.

Not less than 14 Years of relevant experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Technology Sourcing Operations is mandatory Candidate have at minimum one of the below educational qualifications 1- Graduate in Engineering or 2- Post Graduate in Pure or Applied Sciences with an elective Subject in Computing or 3- Master of Computer Application or a Post Graduate Diploma (min 2 years) in Computing form an institute of repute Candidate should have hands-on experience in Excel and PowerPoint .
