DESCRIPTIONAmazon has spent years building one of the world's most efficient and optimized supply chains The Multi Channel Fulfillment Solutions Org (MCF) will build on that foundation and continue to innovate end-to-end supply chain capabilitiesAs a Business Analyst, you will work with our Program Team to create analytical tools and reports that will ultimately be a key driver in driving the Customer Experience on our Platform You will leverage our data to drive operational efficiencies, provide key data-driven insights, enable new opportunities and innovate on behalf of our Customers Key job responsibilitiesIndentify and track performance across key Customer Success Metrics.

Generating actionable Insights through Analysis of Contact Data and Key metrics across functionsIdentify the root cause through deep analysis of data to reach a point where actionable solutions can be designed Track, measure and report various initiatives to improve Customer ExperienceDefine Key metrics that need to be monitored to improve Customer ExperienceDevise mechanisms for control, performance monitoring, and reporting to internal stakeholdersInvestigate and draft cost / benefit analysis and business requirements showcasing potential solutions for business initiatives,Assist in the development of test plans for related new product launches and related compliance testing Working cross-functionally with business teams to ensure development and implementation of programs as per timelinesBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience with Excel
• Experience with SQL
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• + years of relevant experience in a business analyst, data analyst or statistical analysis role Advanced technical or business degree (MS or MBA) Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting, familiarity with data visualization tools.
