Bankruptcy ProcessJob descriptionKnowledge & Experience of US Bankruptcy chapters and activities In - depth Knowledge of end-to-end Bankruptcy which includes, POC, MFR, NOFC, PCN, PPFN and BK payment application review etc, Handling various chapters of BK according to the state and the jurisdictional requirements efficient in Filing responses to the BK notices and ensuring the system of records data is in match with the court records Advises clients/management on the adversary and any important document on court records reviewmandatory Skills & Attributes:Strategic Thinking - Identifying Risk/ Opportunity Areas and Highlighting Them, Familiarity with Applicable Laws & Online Forms Filing Procedures Under Various US jurisdictions on Bankruptcy Building Strong Relationships with Stakeholders and Become Integrated into Their System Analytical Skills Ability to Understand & Provide Valid & Effective Solution to the Clients.
