Skills Required areSupport and facilitate the adoption of Perpetual Framework globally across all Fujitsu entities Support in maintenance of the Perpetual Portal, Training materials, Communication channel Operations management experience Conduct/Support in Perpetual workshops with international Delivery teams Very Good communication skills both written and verbal, should be able to communicate assertively with teams around the world Support in creation of Induction and other training materials associated with Perpetual Conduct trainings as required Support in on-going development of Perpetual in light of company changes and new learning ensuring that it stays relevant and current Creative mindset, bring new ideas to table in order to find interesting ways of proliferating Perpetual Framework across the organization Support in keeping the communication channels, perpetual materials, internal social media and other assets vibrant and relevant to the delivery community and other stakeholders Bi-lingual (Japanese) resource would be preferred.
