x/20x 3) Analysis, Design, Development, Customization & Integration with other Applications 4) Ability to generate High Level Design and other technical documents for solutioning The role requires both broad technology knowledge and the ability to architect a solution by mapping a customer requirement to an end to end technology solution 5) Experience in Architecture designing, Development review, Implementation Strong experience of developing BMC Remedy AR system is required 6) Good knowledge of Remedy adapters & experience in integration of Remedy with other applications like HP OV, Tivoli, Netcool etc .

7) Scripting experience ( PERL,BIRT, TCL, Expect, ksh, csh, Java Scripting) 8) Experience in data migration using DDM/CMT 9) Strong ITIL knowledge and Certification 10) Excellent Presentation skill and with experience in conducting ITSM functional workshops 11) Ability to communicate in both a technical and Project management level 12) Customer Service Experience Experience in user facing role is a must 13) Additional skills: Unix/Linux, SQL, Oracle, other BMC Products, Ability to lead a team 14) Analytics, Dashboard, Reporting solution knowledge would be preferred 15) Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills 16) Very good communication skills Excellent customer service skills a must 17) Ability to deal with partners and peers located worldwide 18) Experience in providing the assessment of client requirements and integrated technical, business and service solutions
