Business Analysis Sr ManagerGFT is looking for a seasoned Business Analyst/SME to work with Treasury users and a group of seasoned technology professionals to provide application and user supportResponsibilities:

• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members
• Proactively monitor potential speed bumps and notify stakeholders of any risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns
• Perform data analysis and problem investigations to support business users.
  
  
• Lead a group of seasoned technology professionals to ensure smooth run of daily application processes
• Engage with DevOps and Development teams to understand new user functionalities being rolled out
• Provide support to users during testing phases
• Be accountable for application upkeep in Production and UAT environment
• Provide support for CitiFTP rollouts.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master's degree
• Minimum 12 years of Banking / Financial services experience
• Knowledge on Transfer Pricing Concepts and Methodologies is a plus
• Understanding of project SDLC
• Hands on Experience with SQL queries
• Good Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good presentation skills
• Data analysis skills
