Looking for a Business/ Design Manager (Female) having 2 - 5 years of experience in corporate interior fit out industry (Gurugram)Job Description:We are looking for manager to take over existing accounts and new leads To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leadsThe person has to engage client from cold call, to initial BOQ preparation, material sampling and deal closure Responsibilities: Contacting potential clients from database shared to establish rapport and do first level of meetings.

Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities Material Samplings for ongoing project/clients Should be able to prepare BOQ and Test fit-out ( If required ) Should have a thorough knowledge of AUTOCAD Developing quotes and proposals for clients Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or architecture Experience in Interior sales, marketing or Designing Strong communication skills and IT fluency Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Comfortable using a computer for various tasks Identify partnership opportunities Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand Maintain existing business Think critically when planning to assure project successQualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 2 - 5 years' prior industry related business development experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies Focused and goal-oriented
