We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loan Sales Executive to join our team The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by actively promoting our loan products to potential clients The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the financial services industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new business opportunities by promoting loan products to potential clients through various sales techniques such as cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking events
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Analyze client financial information to determine the best loan products to meet their needs
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely processing of loan applications and the smooth execution of loan disbursements.
  
  
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after loan disbursement

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales, preferably in a field sales role
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze financial information
• Familiarity with loan products and industry regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively as required
