ROLE DEFINITION: This roles defines a major huge responsibilities in order to serve International Client The ideal candidate would be the front face for the Business Development Department, which will set a bench mark in order to the growth of an organization The Major catering would be to contact new potential clients and serve with our special services offered for the targeted lead customers and plays an important role in growth of organizationRESPONSIBILITY DELIVERABLE : Contacting potential clients to establish Excellent Customer Services and arranging meetings virtual or physical Should have good exposure in international marketing, cold calling, pre sales, and lead generation are the key responsibilities.

Planning and overseeing new marketing for international market initiatives Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones Finding and developing new markets and improving sales driven activitiesTASKS & ACTIVITIES: To connect and generate leads in the international market.

To actively manage the sales pipeline including creation of contact lists, cold calling the customers, sending proposals and managing the sales pipeline Stablishing the business planning strategies and goal for the organization To generate the leads via different channels Developing quotes and proposals for clients Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.

Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills To do the pre and post sales activities To make the proposals per the need of client requirements Contacting potential clients to establish excellent customer service approach and arrange the business meetingsMEASUREMENT METRICS: Business Planning and Strategies Lead Management Sales orientation and Lead Closure capabilities in International Market Able to display and represent smartly Valid Passport holder QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelor's degree/Master Degree in business, marketing or related field.

Experience 10-15 in sales, marketing in service industry in international Market European (KPO & BPO) Strong communication skills and IT fluency Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task Excellent organizational skills Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Comfortable using a computer for various tools like CRM
