100% Remote roleJob Description Business Development / Account Manager - The Business Development Manager (BDM) developing new business focusing on MSP and VMS based staffing for the US Market We are looking for individuals with: Minimum 5 years successful direct sales in Staffing Services, both IT and NON-IT Bachelor's degree, preferred Proven track record of sales/business development experience combined with technology industry experience Ability to sell senior level staffing services to clients and develop business through outbound sales calls, networking, meetings, and client visits, etc Strong pipeline management skills Excellent sales presentation skills, and the desire to be the best You must also demonstrate the ability to manage and grow large accounts.

This requires experience in maintaining and strengthening executive level relationships within these accounts One must be able to demonstrate success in obtaining and maintaining accounts and possess a strong work ethic Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to identify areas of need and devise creative solutions Excellent influence and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline Strong desire to succeed Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook Great attitude and team player
