Position: Sr Executive-FinanceQualification: CA Cleared 21/22Location: Bhayandar, MumbaiSalary: 6-8 lpaResponsibilities 1To supervise book-keeping and ensuring all the entries are passed for general ledgers, accounts payables, receivables, banking, on daily basis 2 Periodic inter-branch/inter-company reconciliations 3Review of workings relevant to monthly provisions, prepaid workings, unbilled revenue, and reconciliations for all Bank statements 4Accounting and closing of US books to prepare monthly P/L statements and Balance Sheets 5.

Review and maintain Forward contracts booked with Bankers and ensuring appropriate entries are passed 6Review of foreign exchange gain/loss on periodic basis and maintaining workings relevant to forex loss/gains to recognize in books 7Daily watch on forex movements, liaison with Bankers and recommending booking of forward contracts 8Overseeing GST reconciliation statements and coordination with stakeholders to ensure GST credits are reflected on GST portal 9Ad-hoc assignments as directed by management Shift timings: - 10 AM -7 PM / 11 AM -8 PM / Might have to extend Shift during month ends.

Skillset and specifications 1Should be Chartered Accountant: Pass out from 2021 or 2022 2Keen to learn new areas and ready take on additional responsibilities 3Proficiency in Microsoft Excel 4Excellent oral and written communication skills 5.
