GPC - Cash and Collateral Management Rep 4Description: The position will be based in Gurgaon CSC Open Collateral Operations team focused primarily on static, onboarding and control functionsIt will involve working primarily with EMEA clients, the Dublin and Gurgaon Open Collateral operations teams and also an element of working with other regional clientsteamsJob Summary:

• This position ensures that all Daily Margin calls and other tasks have been identified and completed in a timely and accurate manner
• The position also involves engaging with multiple stake holders, managing disputes and collection & verifying other data and posting to funds when required
• Mitigate the fund's/clients Counterparty Credit risk by issuing margin calls and covering daily exposure
• Resolve additional queries with quick turnaround time and accuracy is essential due to the large Volume of Margin Calls
• Work with Open Collateral Operations teams in Citi Dublin and Citi Gurgaon along with key business partners to ensure smooth completion of assigned tasks

Job Description: Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collection, Analysis, Verification, Distribution of Daily trade valuations
• Detection of Trade/Collateral breaks and resolving them in timely manner
• Assist On-shore team in resolving Client queries
• Producing and enhancing management information/reporting for internal and external users
• Assist in identifying and implementing desirable systems or procedures enhancements
• Inform management of outstanding items, or issues encountered
• Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects
• Ensure adherence to key processes and control requirements

Job Skills:

• Candidate should have basic knowledge of different financial instruments and derivatives products like Swaps, options their workflow and life cycle
• Proficiency and productivity level with minimal supervision and support.
  
  Be able to work independently and able to deliver under time constraints
• Must demonstrate diligent review skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical/problem solving abilities are required to research and resolve outstanding items
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills This position serves as the intermediary between the functional areas within Collateral Management and the clients we serve
• Knowledge of PC and Windows based applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word and Access
