Job DescriptionImplementation and support of EWS solution and related services at client location Conduct Product walkthrough, UAT, Patch & Release management Coordinate with internal team for meet customer requirement Maintain customer relationship Experience in CBS (Core Banking Solutions) and AML Anti Money Laundrying AML Implementation projects Responsible for the Implementation & Support for the delivery channel modules (Like ATM, IMPS, Mobile Banking, UPI, Internet Banking) .

Work on bug fixing for database level and code level issues Installation & Implementation of CBS CORE and Other modules Handling escalations about calls Should be comfortable to work on client site and provide support to the project Work on Complex query execution and handling of operational level issue on SQL platform.

Skills Good communication skill for customer interaction Fair knowledge of DBMS like MSSQL and ORACLE Excellent problem-solving skill Should be good team player Mandatory Skills SQL,SSRS, report developer, SSIS ,crystal developer
