About the Position: You would be applying to join our elite Data Standardization (DS) team that applies uncompromising processes and techniques to generate SEND and standardized data that is ready for analysis Candidates are evaluated and placed into a trainee program while on a well-paid probation of 3 months Most candidates, even those with some experience working at other CROs vendors will likely need re-training to correct and unlearn poor practices rampant with these organizations Confirmation as a member of the DS team follows stringent evaluation and proof of competenceAs a member of the SEND standardization team you can expect to be working on one or more of the following tasks, for which you will be trained: Triage of a Study using the Study Report to assess the scope and specifics of the study's data domains.

Interpreting the trail design from the Protocol and Study Report and using our trial design tools to generate the Trial Design domains Extracting the Study level and data domain level metadata and the summary tables from the Study Report using the annotation tools you will be trained on Using the Xbiom machine learning augmented Smart Transformation module to transform the LIMS extracts or PDF to Digital extracts into a Longitudinally Integrated Unified Model Reconciling and Visualizing the transformed data with the metadata against the Summary tables for precise consistency checking Exporting the study into SEND using the Xbiom modules and performing validation of the SEND dataset and the DefineXML using the PointCross eDataValidator Meeting with the Standards and Terminology management teams to keep up with the CDISC, FDA and PMDA business rules.
