, will have a start and end date Please discuss the detail of the working pattern options for the role with the hiring manager Introduction: The candidate will support the Change Strategy team within Markets Pre Trade with Portfolio management activities What will you be doing Supporting the project financial planning including MTP and monthly refresh cycles across the business area To manage the workforce data in coordination with Business Management and Tech delivery teams in the forecasting tool .

To manage the details of non resource budget in the forecasting tool in coordination with the tech delivery teams and finance The candidate will run the reconciliations and publish the variance reports viz Forecast Vs Actuals and work with stakeholders to remediate the gaps Taking ownership of the forecasting tool and updating the data on behalf of stakeholders as and when required .

To work with delivery teams to ensure the actuals follow forecast and help them re-plan following the agreed process To publish bespoke reports with different data points based on the needs of the management to take informed decisions To run the periodic checks to ensure the data quality is of the highest standard Provide detailed analysis to support financial decision making and problem solving What we're looking for: Should be ready to work for UK working hours .

Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel Advanced level of MS Excel skills Hands on experience working with project financial data, numbers, reconciliations Proven track record of data and financial analysis, Outlook, MTP Knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, Confluence and Tableau .

Knowledge of Portfolio/PMO activities Knowledge of project management tools and techniques Bachelor's Degree in Economics, or Finance or equivalent Skills that will help you in the role : Experience working in the technology domain .
