  • Quality of talent
  • Performance enablement & enhancement
  • Engagement & Connect
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Recruitment and Selection
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection for positions in Risk, BPMA and Finance function
  • Build a robust talent pipeline for critical roles
  • Ensure market mapping for critical roles
  • Support Business leaders in decision making (fitment) & allocation of compensation quantum for assigned functions
Joining & On-Boarding:
  • Responsible for smooth on-boarding of new hires
  • Ensuring complete and timely documentation for all new joinees for joining/payroll etc
  • Manage Induction plan for all new joinees and Leadership Transition for AVP & above level hiring
  • Leave and Attendance / payroll management
Talent Management & Development
  • Lead execution of OTR for entire HR function
  • Execute OTR outcomes by building succession planning roadmap for all Best Bets and critical roles
Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Responsible for designing and executing employee engagement initiatives
  • Regular visits to all zones and engage with constituents
  • Drive employee engagement survey (from participation to action planning & execution)
  • Manage employee related queries and their resolution
  • Ensuring proactive employee communication on process and policies
  • Handling of employee grievances and ensure timely resolution
Performance Management
  • Implementation of Performance management cycle within the function
  • Educate employees on usage of the online performance management system
  • Assist the function heads in making promotion decisions
Exit Management
  • Conducting retention / exit interviews and attrition analysis
  • Timely inputs to HR Ops team for Stop salary and processing of F&F Settlement
RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE:
  • Management graduate with 5 - 9 years of relevant experience
  • Strong relationship, networking & negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
  • Project management & execution skills
  • Analytical skills & process orientation

  1. Timeliness of process steps and completion
  2. Stakeholder feedback
  3. Attrition Control
