About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a CIB Portfolio CoordinatorIn this role, you will:

• Support CIB Portfolio Management process
• Proactively seek ways to improve processes
• Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational or customer support tasks
• Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
• Interpret and develop compliance requirements, policies and procedures for functions with moderate complexity within scope of responsibility
• Interact with CIB Portfolio Management on wider range of information and internal or external customers

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in CIB Portfolio Management, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate or Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations Research, Economics or CA Inter
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the banking domain
• Strong communication skills - both verbal and written Ability to clearly & concisely speak on complex topics

Desired Qualification:

• Experience using Excel to perform data analysis and/or modeling, as well as to organize/summarize/present data
• Strong attention to detail
• An ability to navigate and interpret loan legal documentation is preferred
• High level of personal motivation, strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively work across continents
• Ability to work as a team player in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented, and collaborative work environment and juggle a variety of tasks (time management skills are important)
