In this role, you will:

• Needs strong Analytics exposure
• Strong exposure to tooling JIRA, Clarity etc
• Work efficiently and productively with minimal / no guidance
• Drive Agile ways of working and utilise Agile practices and DevOps capabilities
• Establish global Practices and Communities of Practice across the bank which will in turn change how teams work together to deliver change
• Provide insight on how we can optimise the change portfolio to maximise the investment in our strategic change agenda

Requirements To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Employ a combination of thought leadership in working with people around the bank to see what works what doesn't and feedback to central PPM team

• Using that feedback, continue to evolve and streamline methods across HSBC
• Unify Metrics used across the Bank to govern technology Change programmes
• Publish Score card for Technology change portfolio & Agile Transformation
• Setup and encourage usage of Dashboards to enable Data Driven Decision Making
• Develop Analytics and Forecasting Dashboards & develop Strong network across the Delivery and the PPM community across the Technology organization
• Good communication, both verbal and written, with a high level of confidence, Pilot and publish Integrated tooling landscape for delivery
• Generate metrics from PPM Tooling and Discover Dashboard
