** Hiring for Collection Officer (FEMALE ONLY) **Job Responsibilities:
- To call and follow up on allocated cases under the overdue payments
- Review, follow and update all the allocated cases
- Collect payments and curb the overdue payment accounts
- Follow the standard operating procedures as set up by the company
- Seek HELP, ASK wherever in doubt & ESCALATE wherever required.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Prioritize tasks to ensure the successful completion of each debt collection attempt
- Must be passionate towards her duty
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as Collection Officer
