• The Commercial Leadership Program (CLP) is a two-year developmental program in sales and marketing.
  
  
• Throughout the two years, you will either have 3 or 4 rotations, depending on your business unit
• You will be placed in thoughtful, challenging roles to develop critical skills like leadership, critical thinking and taking initiative
• You will be working with the best and brightest in a fast pace environment with leaders who will take time out of their schedules to support your development
• The program provides the technical expertise of a digital industrial company with the functional skills that are critical to success in GE Healthcare
• The projects can be in diverse aspects of marketing like new product launch plan and implementation , digital marketing , commercial marketing , Value proposition , data analytics & market insights etc.
  
  
• The interns are assigned to a senior marketing leader and is given complete responsibility for owning the plan , implementing to show outcomes as per the project scope
• There is amid-point review (4 weeks post project commencement) with the CMO , assignment leader and the program office and a final review as per the project deliverable
• Intensive two-year entry-level program spanning three rotational assignments in one of GE's businesses
• Combines coursework, job assignments and training to equip you with exceptional marketing and selling skills
• Led by senior GE professionals and mentors
• Develops world-class commercial leaders

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA with relevant experience in the Industrial sector, such as in Healthcare
• Relevant work experience (2-4 years)
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex information
• Analytic or experimental design experience, with an understanding of customer segmentation
• Flexible, adaptable and geographically mobile
