Inviting applications for the role of Consultant, Process TransformationIn this role, you will be acting as a SME for the domain, responsible for value add to the output produced by the junior resources, review the work and ensuring the end output is 100% accurate and meets/exceeds client expectationsResponsibilities Analyze and test Investor accounting system functionality across legacy system and go-to system Understand basic accounting concepts.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel - VLOOKUP&rsquos, pivot, power pivot, formulas, graphs etc Review the output of the junior resources in the team and share the feedback Connect with client stakeholders for query solving Contribute Process improvement ideas.
Logical ability to quickly grasp requirements from the client and apply in the form of formula setup Identify the training needs of the team and facilitate the sameQualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications Bachelor&rsquos degree or Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business, finance, supply chain, accounting, analytics, engineering, or data management Relevant experience into funds administration industry Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Excellent problem solver, hyper logical and goal-oriented thinker Excellent communication & interpersonal skills - verbal and written Excellent presentation skills - in person & virtually Ability to work effectively in team environmentsPreferred Qualifications/ Skills Demonstrable expertise in hedge fund administration / asset management / financial services industry.
